How to stop torture when writing a paragraph

Writing a paragraph doesn’t essentially have to be torture. As a first step you should think of your main idea. It doesn’t have to be fancy, but take care that it only is ONE idea. After that you have to write a topic sentence. It is meant to introduce your thoughts and easily explain them. Then follow with supporting ideas, use up to seven sentences to do so. You can also find examples and quote those to make everything sound reasonable. Finish everything with a closing sentence and finally correct spelling and punctuation mistakes.

Your paragraph is lacking a closing sentence, please remedy that. Moreover, check the purpose of “essentially” in your sentence and exchange it if necessary. If you want to use the shtick about the torture, briefly explain the concept.

Post the second version right underneath, so both versions remain visible.
    Cheers!
